Our Story
6th Boro Hoops is a youth basketball academy based in Greenwich, Westchester and New York City with a vast network of players, coaches, and partners in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Our organization was founded in 2015 with one goal in mind: to bring back fundamental education in youth basketball development. With our athlete cenetered approach, we structure our program to benefit all our athletes in a holisitic manner.

All of our athletes are expected to maintain GPA’s that are a 3.0 or above.
Respect to opponents and officials, regardless of the situation.
Parents are expected to be emotional support systems who provide a positive environment for growth.
Positivity throughout all moments, good or bad!
Communication between parents, players, and coaches should be consistent and clear!
Our Team
Our founder, Nihad Musovic, leveraged our team’s international background and extensive basketball experience to travel the globe to learn from some of the best teachers in Europe, Canada, and here in the U.S.. Over the years, we have built a strong network of basketball and sports performance professionals who help us improve on our philosophies every single day.
Our team is composed of former High School, college, and professional players, High School and college coaches, performance coaches, as well as other sports-related professionals such as psychologists and athletic trainers.
